Proof Cats depend on us for food

This cat lives close to shopping center and was once an indoor cat. I'm not sure how he became homeless. When I call him he will come running across the parking lot and is the cutest thing. I can only go feed him once a day. It appears by the way he scarfs down the food that I'm the only one who feeds feeds him. Please put food out if you no there are homeless cats on your neighborhood.
